At the Presbytery we take your privacy and confidentially of data seriously. We will only obtain your personal details during the booking process and through any email exchanges with our potential guests. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

We may from time to time use your email address to send you promotional offers unless you specify, via email to us, that you do not wish to receive these.
You may request to see your information held by the Presbytery at any time by emailing us. Unless your email address is recognised by the host and has been used in your booking history, personal details will not be divulged.
For the purpose of preventing disturbances to public order, we are required to obtain personal information in accordance with the Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum: Articles R814-1 to R814-3.
The Individual Guest Information form will specify;
1° The surname and first names;
2° The date and place of birth;
3° Nationality;
4° The usual domicile of the guest
5° The mobile phone number and email address of the guest
6° The date of arrival at the establishment and the expected date of departure.
Data on children under the age of 15 may appear on the file of an adult who accompanies them.
You will be asked to complete the Individual Guest Information form either on arrival or during the booking process, which will be held electronically for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted/destroyed.
Additional Information
Missing room items:
It is our hope that all items and provisions that go towards the comfort of your room remain in the room after departure. However, where furnishings, linen, towels or items from the room are removed by guests, a charge to replace these will be made on your card.
Smoking:
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge for additional cleaning costs incurred as a result of smoking in the Presbytery. A sand-bucket is provided in the garden to extinguish cigarettes.
